Sky Performance Management Repository

Based on the demand to maintain internal metadata for Performance Management Solutions, Sky Solutions has developed a Performance Management Repository Application.  When implementing a solution, this solution will provide information and direction and provide a focused direction for a successful implementation.  The Sky Performance Management Repository is used for the following:

  • Store Strategy Maps – assist customer to map business Goals-Strategies-Tactics-Initiative-KPI’s
  • Maintain the attributes of the KPI (i.e. definitions, calculation, where the data resides in the organization, etc.)
  • ROI functionality – Score the Value of the KPI’s relative to its cost and complexity
  • Define Performance Views – design content of portlets, reports, dashboards, scorecards, etc.
  • Define and define Scorecard content – Metrics, Cause & Effect, etc.
  • Interface to IBM Cognos 8 Metrics Studio – creates the scorecard in Cognos 8
