Mr. Tim Joseph joins Sky Solutions as Human Centric Design Executive. Mr. Joseph will partner with Sky Solutions’ executive team to run a business unit centered on the modern demands that enterprise clients are facing for human interaction. Government and healthcare targeted (but not exclusive to) design, accessibility, analytics and other disciplines to drive digital transformation projects across large client organizations.
In a continuous effort to innovate in the field of design, Tim has over 15 years of development and design experience. He has worked as a leader across a variety of business sizes and industries, but has specialized in empathizing for the user in the enterprise space for government in recent years. His focus is providing a user-pleasing and accessible experience while analyzing the clients’ products for minimizing cost and effort on the developer and end user.
He brings to Sky a targeted focus on human centered interactions from his leadership roles across critical and complex government projects. Prior to joining Sky Solutions, Mr. Joseph was a UX Team Lead at Rule Tek. In this role, Mr. Joseph led a UX team focused on finding new ways to bring value and solve critical problems for Fortune 500 and government clients through UI technical design, user-centric approaches, and accessibility subject matter expertise.

Mr. Joseph earned a Bachelor of Media Arts in Interactive Media from Minneapolis College of Art and Design.
