Tysons, Va. – Dec. 08, 2025: Sky Solutions is pleased to announce that Niranjan Santhamoorthy has joined the company as Vice President. Niranjan will drive Sky Solutions’ healthcare portfolio, oversee contract support operations, advance project delivery excellence, and ensure alignment with mission, scope, and quality across all federal health engagements.
Niranjan brings more than 25 years of progressive leadership in federal and state health programs, with a proven track record of guiding complex initiatives, directing multi-disciplinary teams, and delivering mission-critical solutions within top federal agency environments.
Before joining Sky Solutions, Niranjan served as Chief Technology Officer (CTO) at OptumServe Technology Services, where he shaped the organization’s technology vision and aligned enterprise solution offerings with evolving mission and market needs. Under his leadership, OptumServe strengthened its capabilities in modernization, digital transformation, and enterprise technology delivery. He played a crucial role in building and scaling teams, managing high-visibility federal programs, supporting business development and M&A initiatives, and contributing to new organic growth opportunities.

During his 23+year tenure at OptumServe, Niranjan held multiple mission-critical leadership roles, including Project Manager, Program Director, Vice President and Recovery Program Lead. With a solid command of enterprise health technology and operations, he successfully led major initiatives across the enterprise.
A passionate technologist, Niranjan maintains a personal Innovation Lab, where he experiments hands-on with more than 50 active tech projects. Outside of work, he is an avid cycling and outdoor enthusiast who enjoys hiking, camping, and kayaking. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Electronics and Computer Science.
