Anil Boinapalli leads Sky Solutions in delivering impactful digital transformation initiatives for federal clients. Under his leadership, the company has grown from a team of eight to over 160 professionals and has been recognized as an OrangeSlices Elev8 GovCon Honoree for 2024, 2025, and 2026 — consistently ranking among the top-performing federal government contractors.
Anil was named the Gold Globee® Thought Leader of the Year in the 2025 Globee® Awards for Leadership, for advancing federal innovation through vision, integrity, and empowerment. He was also honored as the SBA Small Business Person of the Year 2024 for his outstanding leadership and contributions to the small business community and was a Finalist for Executive of the Year (up to $75 Million) at the Annual Greater Washington Government Contractor Awards – 2024. For his contributions to healthcare innovation, he was named among the Engage Federal Health 150 Honorees in 2025 and 2026.

He also established Sky’s in-house Human-Centered Design (HCD) agency to ensure every product is intuitive, accessible, and impactful.
Committed to giving back, Anil supports annual charity donation-matching and global philanthropic efforts addressing critical social issues. Before founding Sky, he served as a Solution Architect at CNSI, leading healthcare innovation.
Anil holds a master’s in computer science and certifications from Scaled Agile, Pegasystems, Salesforce, and the Project Management Institute.
