Vienna, VA — October 06, 2026: Sky Solutions announced that it has been awarded a task by the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA) to support the modernization of FEMA’s Learning Management Ecosystem (LME).
The engagement is awarded through the FEMA Digital Workflow Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA), which supports FEMA’s digital workflow capabilities through licensing, training, implementation, and program support.
FEMA’s learning environment has evolved over the last two decades and includes more than 20 independently managed learning and content management systems. FEMA’s modernization effort aims to create a more unified registration and access experience while establishing a foundation for longer-term consolidation and secure identity management.
Sky Solutions will strengthen FEMA’s Learning Management Ecosystem by setting up a ServiceNow‑based software factory, creating a unified access and registration portal prototype, and charting roadmaps for federated identity management and long‑term consolidation of learning systems. The effort also incorporates Section 508 accessibility, cybersecurity, DevSecOps, cloud architecture, identity management, and human-centered design considerations, aligning with Sky Solutions’ broader capabilities in digital transformation and mission-focused technology delivery.
