Sky Solutions announces Mr. Tom Sofo joins as the General Counsel/Director of Contracts on January 3, 2023. As the principal legal officer of Sky Solutions, Mr. Sofo is responsible for the overall corporate legal function of the company’s operations including its contracts, corporate governance, HR, compliance, licensing, risk management, M&A, and leasing activities as well as the management of outside counsel.
Prior to joining Sky, Tom has served as the General Counsel for ABC Imaging, Inc., 7 Delta, Inc., Golden Key Group, LLC, as well as General Counsel and SVP of Audit and Compliance for NJVC, LLC and Apptis Holdings, Inc. Mr. Sofo was previously an attorney with Cole, Raywid & Braverman, LLP in Washington DC and Montgomery, Searcy, and Denny in Palm Beach. In addition, Tom was a legislative and regulatory affairs consultant with the FiberTech Group Inc. of Landisville, N.J. and Chief Legislative Counsel to the Alaska Legislative Affairs Agency.

Mr. Sofo earned a B.A. in Philosophy from University of Rochester as well as a J.D. from Cornell Law School.
